The Monitoring of Priority Actions and Projects – MPAP – consists of an informatized tool, whereby the State Governor, starting from proposals made by Secretaries in different areas, prioritizes projects to be carried out. The tools accounts for the monitoring of financial execution through its connection with the systems that log the budgetary implementation and financial execution of the State, as well as the physical monitoring from information provided by the different areas in charge of the projects. Meetings with the Governor and all State Secretaries are held from time to time so that previously approved projects can be assessed with a focus on prioritizing new ones.
